Hot Italian Sausage- Traditional Italian sausage with a hot pepper kick. Currently available in 100% Pork.

 

Sweet Pepper & Onion Sausage- Mild Italian Sausage containing bits of real green peppers and onions already mixed in. Currently available in 100% Pork.

 

Breakfast Sausage- "Old Fashioned" country-style sausage made with sage, black pepper, and a touch of honey. Currently available in 100% Pork, 100% Turkey, or 100% Chicken.

 

Maple Sausage- A breakfast sausage seasoned with cane sugar and maple powder for a sweet and memorable taste. Currently available in 100% Pork or 100% Chicken.

 

Spicy Chorizo Sausage- Spicy Mexican-style sausage seasoned wih cayenne pepper, garlic, and paprika for south of the border heat. Currently available in 100% Pork or 100%Chicken.

 

Andouille Sausage- A traditional raw Cajun sausage seasoned with red pepper, sage, bay leaves, ginger, cinnamon, black and white pepper, and thyme, just like down in the bayou. Currently available in 100% Pork.

 

Bratwurst Sausage-A mild German sausage seasoned with mustard, nutmeg, celery seeds, and onion powder. Currently available in 100% Pork.

 

Jalapefio Sausage- Similar to a slightly spicy version the Mild Italian, containing bits of real Jalapefio peppers. Currently available in 100% Pork.

 

Longaniza Sausage- A Polynesian sausage with a tangy flavor containing sugar, garlic, and cayenne pepper that is both sweet and hot. Currently available in 100% Pork.

 

Hot Louisiana Brand Sausage- A spicy Louisiana style sausage that really brings the heat. Currently available in 100% Pork.

 

Polish Sausage- A traditional raw Polish sausage, similar to Mild Italian with a heavy garlic accent. Currently available in 100% Pork.
